  • Primary and secondary infill sub-markets
  • Stable / improving demographics, strong population and economic growth
  • High barriers to entry
  • Property Types
  • Shopping centers (grocery anchored, regional, power, neighborhood, community, lifestyle, specialty)
  • Well located un-anchored / shadow anchored
  • Portfolios of retail assets

  • Location and size of property
  • Operating statement for property (pro forma is acceptable)
  • Current rent roll
  • Anchor and other tenants’ gross sales (if available)
  • Site plan (with parking count)
